Volkswagen Touareg R50 2008

Since entering the Australia market,  in a burst of enthusiasm the Volkswagen touareg has proven to be a worthy vehicle.

The  Touareg sent shivers down Mercedes early in the new millennium when the Touareg  showed Mercedes how a European car looks and feel against the then aging dinosaur m series. Mercedes of course lashed back with vigor  however this new 2008 Volkswagan touareg  R50 recently seen at the Sydney International motor show may just come back into contention..

Engine just superb  a V10 TDI 258 Kw and a huge get your laughing gear around this for torque 850 Nm up 100Nm on previous.

From the front the chrome grill gives this 4x4 a real sense of class. Striking to see are the 21" alloys Nice just don't hit the kerb in the private schools car park. Nappa  Leather every where and quality . Look out Porsche Cayenne.

Acceleration nice 6.7 second 0-100km/h top speed has been report at 235 km/h and did I hear you ask fuel consumption  ell overall 12.6 lt to the 100 k
